Report was made by train unit on 3 people of the upper Angkar: 1, Touch Sarang, 2, Moeun, 3, Kang Pauch. The three frequently escaped from unit on their whim, performed poor working state, asking for permission to be under treatment on lung disease. The three adopted a complicated standpoint. According to the collective point of view, they had to be handed over to Angkar.
