Chea Bun aka Boun, chief of Kbal Thnall construction 2, confessed that in April 1975, Soeun took part in traitorous activities with Sean; his practical activity was to burn down factory in Phnom Penh City, to shoot dead soldiers of special zone secretly, to stir up conflict, and to provoke combatants into having the free morality.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី ២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សឿន បានចូលរួមកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ជាមួយ ស៊ាន នៅខែ៤ ១៩៧៥។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពបានដុតរោងចក្រកុ្នងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ បាញ់ ទ័ពភូមិភាគពិសេស បង្កទំនាស់ និង ពង្វក់យុទ្ធជនឱ្យសេរី។
