Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction 2, confessed that Vung, soldier of battalion 900, worked at wine factory 2. In June 1975, Vung and he lured an ordinary person called Heang at Prek Takung. In August 1975, Vung burnt down materials warehouse but it was unsuccessful. In October 1975, Vung received Sinuon's plots to set up "panther" army intelligence agent. Vung held the post of the "panther" member but he served as a chief.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី២ក្បាលថ្នល់ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វង់ យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ៩០០ រោងចក្រស្រាស-២ថាៈ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ វង់ និង ខ្លួន ទៅអប់រំប្រជាជននៅព្រែកតាគង់ បាន១នាក់ ហ៊ាង។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ វង់ បានទៅដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ តែមិនបានសំរេច។ ខែ១០-១៩៧៥ វង់ ទទួលផែនការបង្កើត ទ័ពសម្ងាត់«ខ្លារខិន»ពីស៊ីនួន។ វង់ មាននាទីជាសមាជិកខ្លារខិន ឯខ្លួនជាប្រធាន។
