Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction 2, confessed that Phai, working at wine factory, was a former soldier of battalion 302. In 1973, Phai worked hand-in-hand to enlarge treasonous forces along with him, set off grenade's explosion which rendered 1 dead and 3 wounded, and expanded core treacherous forces in villages and sub-districts so as to induce people to stage anti-revolutionary demonstration. In January 1975, Phai attended the meeting and marked the anniversary of the Free Party. In April 1975, Phai built up anti-revolutionary forces within the battalion 762, burnt down factories, fired the special zone, and conspired to hid 1800 guns. In May 1975, Phai colluded with the stealing of 110 sacks of rice at Kilo 6 rice warehouse. In June 1975, Phai built up the armed forces in every place. In August 1975, Phai received Khuon's plots to counter the revolution in May or June 1977.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី២ក្បាលថ្នល់ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផៃ នៅរោងចក្រសុរាគា ថាៈ ផៃ អតីតយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ៣០២, នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ផៃ ចូលរួមកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន, បោកគ្រាប់ បែកដៃដាក់មិត្ដយើងស្លាប់១នាក់ របួស៣នាក់, កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ជា ស្នូលតាមភូមិឃុំ ដើម្បីបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៥ ផៃ ចូលរួមប្រជុំធ្វើបុណ្យខួបបក្សសេរី។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៥ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ក្នុងវរសេនាតូច ៧៦២, ដុតរោងចក្រ នានា, បាញ់ទ័ពភូមិភាគពិសេស, ចូលរួមលាក់កាំភ្លើង១៨០០ដើម។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ចូលរួមលួចអង្ករឃ្លាំងគីឡូលេខ៦ ចំនួន១១០បាវ។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ បង្កើនកម្លាំងទ័ពតាមកន្លែងនិមួយៗ។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឃួន ឱ្យវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៥ ឬ ខែ៦-១៩៧៧។
