Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnall construction 2, confessed that Laut, political affairs, battalion 764, attended the anniversary of the Free Party in January 1975. In April 1975, Laut attended the meeting and received plots from Khuon, former secretary of zone, to arson factories, to collect weapons and to build up treacherous forces, and from Suong, chief of division, to provoke conflict and to convince soldiers to behave freely.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឡូត នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧៦៤ បានចូលរួមធ្វើបុណ្យ ខួបបក្សសេរី កាលពីខែ១-១៩៧៥។ កាលពីខែ៤-៧៥ ឡូត បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន អតីតលេខាភូមិភាគ ឱ្យដុតរោងចក្រនានាប្រមូលអាវុធ បង្កើនកម្លាំងក្បត់និងព្រមទាំងទទួល ផែនការពីឈ្មោះ សួង ប្រធានកងពល ឱ្យបង្កទំនាស់ និង ពង្វក់ យុទ្ធជនឱ្យសេរី។
