Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction 2, confessed that Kea, deputy chief of Kilo 6 warehouse, attended the meeting and received the plots from Sean, member of Region 106, in 1971. In 1972, Kea joined the meeting and declared the nomination of Free Party soldiers. Kea attended the meeting and received Sang's plots to steal people's cows and buffalo and to persuade people to flee to Thailand and to protest against the revolution.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ គា អនុប្រធានឃ្លាំងគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ៦ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំសរុប កម្លាំងនិងទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះស៊ាន សមាជិកតំបន់ ១០៦ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលរួមប្រជុំប្រកាស់ការចាត់តាំងកងទ័ព បក្សសេរី។ គា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះសាង ឱ្យ លួចគោក្របីប្រជាជននិងបំផុសប្រជាជននៅសៀមរាបឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
