Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kball Thnal construction 2, confessed that Phem, former soldier of battalion 302, currently worked at wine factory. In 1972, Phem attended the meeting on the declaration on the Free Party. In October 1975, Phem attended the meeting on the nomination of tiger intelligence group from Sinuon.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី ២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ភេម អតីតយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ៣០២ បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅរោងចក្រស្រា ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលប្រជុំប្រកាសបក្សសេរី។ ខែ១០-១៩៧៥ ចូលរួមប្រជុំចាត់តាំងក្រុមសម្ងាត់ខ្លារខិនពី ស៊ីនួន។
