Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnall construction 2, confessed that Sall joined the Free Party. In 1971, he took plan from San to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to organize the meeting in order to nominate expanded forces as the Free Party members. In 1972, he frequently joined the meeting with Sean in order to control treacherous circumstances and traitorous troop.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី ២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សល់ បានចូលរួមជាមួយបក្សសេរី។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ បាន ទទួលផែនការបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ចូលរួម ទទួលផែនការពីស៊ាន ប្រជុំប្រកាសបក្សសេរី។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ថា បាន ចូលប្រជុំជាមួយ ស៊ាន ជាញឹកញាប់ ពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍ក្បត់ និង កសាងកម្លាំង។
