The confession of Chakk On and Saom Damrei, working at factory D-6 and CIA agents, confessed that Kok Saing, worker of factory D-6, joined the CIA in 1974 and the CARE organization. Kok Saing convinced former workers to ask the Angkar not to send children to offices. Kok Saing criticized the Angkar for being dictatorship and repressive, prohibiting freedoms of former workers who were used like animals without rest and destroying motors and lathe machines.
តាមចម្លើយរបស់ចក់ អុន និង សោម ដំរី ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រដ-៦ ជាសេអ៊ីអា បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះកុក សាំង កម្មកររោងចក្រដ-៦ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ និងចូលអង្គការឃែរ។ កុក សាំង បាន បំផុសកម្មករចាស់ឱ្យទាមទារអង្គការមិនឱ្យយកកុមារទៅទុកនៅមន្ទីរ។ កុក សាំង វាយប្រហាអង្គការថា ផ្ដាច់ការ ជិះជាន់ បំបិទសិទ្ធិ សេរីភាព កម្មករចាស់ប្រើដូចសត្វធាតុគ្មានពេលសំរាក និងធ្វើឱ្យ ខូចម៉ូទ័រ ខូចម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹង។
