Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction 2, confessed that in January 1975 Saray, joined the anniversary of the free party with Khuon, former secretary of zone. In July 1975, Saray received the plot from Hoh to prepare and review traitorous forces in Free Party.
ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ ប៊ួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី ២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ សារភាពពី សារាយ យោធាវរសេនាតូច តំបន់ ៣៥ ថាៈ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៥ សារាយចូលធ្វើបុណ្យខួបបក្សសេរីពី ឃួន អតីតលេខាភូមិភាគ។ នៅខែ ៧-១៩៧៥ សារាយ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ហោះ អោយរៀបចំបក្សសេរី និងសរុបកម្លាំងក្បត់។
