The party decided us to send Sieng Ra that public work unit send him to us, he confessed, that he had place of birth in Kruos village, Cheung Triev commune, Tik Phos district, Kampong Chhnang province. He was a controler in unit 180 of southwest soldier, 1971 then he was a disabled in battlefield.
