The confession of Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction 2, confessed that in 1972, Ly, Regiment 762, attended the meeting where the declaration of nomination of Free Party was made by Sean, member of Region 106. On July 4, 1975, Ly attended the meeting and accepted the plots made by Sang and Suong, chiefs of Division 450, Sinuon, chief of wine factory, and Khuon, former secretary of zone, to involve in the treason, that is, to arson factories in the Phnom Penh city, to convince soldiers to provoke squabble, and to mobilize forces in preparation for the May 30, 1975 attack.
តាមចម្លើយរបស់ ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី២ ក្បាលថ្នល់ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លី កងធំវរសេនាតូច ៧៦២ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ លី ចូលរួមប្រជុំពីការប្រកាសចាត់តាំងកងទ័ពបក្សសេរី ពីឈ្មោះស៊ាន សមាជិកតំបន់ ១០៦។ ពីខែ៤-៧-១៩៧៥ លី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះសាង, សួង ប្រធានកងពល ៤៥០, ស៊ីនួន ប្រធានរោងចក្រស្រា និង ពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន អតីតលេខាភូមិភាគ ឱ្យអប់រំកម្លាំងក្បត់ ឱ្យដុតរោងចក្រនានានៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យបង្កទំនាស់ និងប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់វាយបដិវត្ដ នៅថ្ងៃ ៣០-៥-១៩៧៥។
