According to the confessions of Phan aka Chhean, platoon 451, Hun Chamraen aka Nakk, deputy chief of battalion 112, and Nhem Sean, soldier of office 310, confessed that they knew the activities of Leang. In 1976, Leang and his network set plots to soldiers of having enough food and to destroy revolutionary army in order to fight the party. On September 30, 1976 Leang received the plots to take over the Olympic stadium and radio station.
តាមចម្លើយ ម៉ក់ ផាន ហៅ ឈាន អនុវរសេនាតូច ៤៥១ ហ៊ុន ចំរើន ហៅ ណាក់ អនុយោធាវរសេនាតូច ១១២ និង ញ៉ែម ស៊ាន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរ ៣១០ ក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ លាង និង បក្ខពួកលើកទិសបង្អត់បាយកងទ័ព ពង្រិចពង្រិលកងទ័ព ក្នុង ផែនការ វាយបក្ស ៣០-០៩-១៩៧៦ លាន មានភារៈកិច្ចវាយយកស្ដាត និង ប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុ។
