Mei Than indoctrinated Suos Narin to join CIA candidate member at Phsar Tauch Power Plant factory in January 1975. Before April 17, 1975 Narin had a high technical certificate and was a chief of Phsar Tauch material warehouse. Narin had 1 son and 1 daughter. In the currently time, he was a community office worker of Phsar Tauch Power Plant warehouse
