Suon Chan, member of battalion 73, Phsar Chass state warehouse, confessed that in 1974 Seng, former regional committee and currently was a chief of commerce, former chief of zone in Kampong Thom province. Seng and his network discussed the revolutionary situation and carried out the traitorous plot in December 1975.
សួន ចន មាជិកវរសេនាតូច ៧៣ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋផ្សារចាស់ សារភាពពី ឈ្មោះ សេង ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ថាៈអតីតគណៈតំបន់នៅកំពង់ធំ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ សេង និងបក្សពួកបានលើកពីសភាពការណ៍បដិវត្ដ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់នៅខែ១២-១៩៧៥។
