Say Sarin, C.I.A member in textile factory T-4, confessed that Taing Phy Hakk was a worker of factory T-4. Before April 17, 1975 he was a worker of steam engine in Sin Heng factory; moreover, he joined the C.I.A in 1973, and frequently cracked steam kiln in order to cease the process of thread dyeing section.
សយ សារិន សេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ តាំង ភីហាក់ ជាកម្មករតម្បាញ ត-៤។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជាកម្មករឡចំហាយនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ស៊ិន ហេង។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា បានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ធ្វើឱ្យបេ្រះឡញឹកញាប់ នាំឱ្យស្ទះចំហាយដល់ខាងជ្រលក់អំបោះ។
