Sin Chhuon, Former Soldier in a Military Unit in Region 24 in 1970. He made connection with Vietnam and Soviet Union. He reported to Vietnam about the number of Pol Pot Soldiers. He was arrested by Angkar in 1976.
ស៊ីន ឈួន ជាអតីតទាហាននៅក្នុងកងយោធានៅតំបន់ ២៤ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ គាត់បានបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយយួន និង សហភាពសូវៀត។ គាត់បានរាយការណ៍ទៅវៀតណាមពីចំនួន ទាហានរបស់ ប៉ុល ពត។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយអង្គការនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។
