កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sim Sai, [soldier of]battalion of Kampong Som port, confessed that in December 1976, he received the plots from Sann, [soldier of]regiment 460, Kampong Som, to strike Phnom Penh. The forces were sent from Eastern Zone, led by Sann, Northern Zone, led by Nan, [soldier of]regiment in Phnom Penh, Kampong Som, led by Sinuon. San was in charge of the overall treacherous forces. The reinforcement troopwould come from Vietnam.
ស៊ឹម សៃ វរសេនាតូចកម្មករកំពង់សោម បានសារភាពថានៅខែ ១២-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការវាយភ្នំពេញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ពីឈ្មោះ សាន់ វរសេនាធំ ៤៦០ ក្រុងកំពង់សោម។ កម្លាំងដែលត្រូវយកមកវាយមាន ខាងបូព៌ាមានឈ្មោះ សាន់ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ខាងឧត្ដរ មានឈ្មោះ ណន វរសេនាធំជាអ្នកដឹក នាំខាងភ្នំពេញ មានឈ្មោះ ស៊ី នួន ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំខាងកំពង់សោម មានឈ្មោះ សាន ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ រួមនិងកម្លាំងក្បត់ទាំងអស់របស់ សាន ។ ចំពោះកម្លាំងជំនួយគឺជាកម្លាំងដែលបានមកពីយួន។
