Seun Chauv aka Chao, 49, was born in Khleang District, Traying Province. From 1932 to 1942, Chauv studied in grade 3. After he abandoned his schooling, Chauv worked at a brick kiln with his uncle. In 1951, Chauv held the post as sergeant and colonel in January 1975. Chauv did not write about his anti-revolutionary activities.
សឺន ចូវ ហៅ ចៅ អាយុ ៤៩ឆ្នាំកើតនៅស្រុកឃ្លាំង ខេត្ដត្រាយីង ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៣២-១៩៤២ រៀនដល់ថ្នាក់ទី ៣ បន្ទាប់មកឈប់រៀន ហើយមករកស៊ីធ្វើឡដ្ឋជាមួយមា ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៥១ ឋានៈនាយឯក ធ្វើទាហានរហូតដល់ខែមករា ១៩៧៥ មានឋានៈសក្កិ ៥ ។ សឺន ចូវ មិនបានសរសេរពីសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនប្រឆាំងនិងបដិវត្ដន៍ទេ។
