Soeng Krin aka Nguon, secretary of company, division 164, confessed that Hai usually used to flee home. During the event, Hai was arrested and tied his hand to the back by comrades and walked out of the house. From that time, Hai got furious with the Angkar. Occasionally, Nguon indoctrinated Hai to betray the party. Hai also accepted the order from Nguon to destroy the party's ammunitions by shooting very often. On April 24, 1975 Hai received the plot from Nget, cadre of division 164, to gather military equipment like weapons, radios, telegrams, portable radios and foodstuffs, in order to prepare to attack the party. Moreover, Hai also exspanded traitorous forces so as to destroy the party in the future.
សឹង គ្រិន ហៅ ងួន លេខាអនុសេនាធំ កងពល១៦៤ បាន និយាយថា ហៃ ធ្លាប់រត់ទៅផ្ទះជាញឹកញាប់ តែត្រូវបានមិត្ដ យីងចាប់បានហើយចងស្លាបសេកបណ្ដើរពីផ្ទះមកវិញ។ ចាប់ពីពេលនោះមក ហៃ មានទំនាស់សតិអារម្មណ៍នឹងអង្គការ រហូតក្ដាប់បានឱកាសនេះ ងួន បានអប់រំ ហៃ អោយក្បត់តែម្ដង។ ហៃធ្លាប់បានទទួលការអប់រំញឹកញាប់ពី ងួន អោយបាញ់បំផ្លាញ គ្រាប់របស់អង្គការ។ ថ្ងៃទី២៤-៤-១៩៧៥ ហៃ បានទទួលផែន ការណ៍ក្បត់ពី ង៉ែត កម្មាភិបាលកងពល១៦៤ អោយប្រមូលសម្ភារៈ សឹក អាវុធ, វិទ្យុ, ទូរលេខ,តេអូរ, ស្បៀង ដើម្បីត្រៀម ពេលវាយបក្ស។ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់អោយបានកាន់តែច្រើនដើម្បី បំផ្លាញបក្សនាពេលអនាគត់។
