Say was responsible for distrct Commerce and Bour Khao's agent. Say and Bour Khao sent walky talky to Chann Deng. Say called Nou to meet Bour Khao to report about the result of propaganda. Bour Khao told Nou not to let people go to the other side of river to avoid being unfolded because Yuon were there. Bour Khao told Say that he met Bun Ly three times in 1975-1976. On April 3, 1976 yuon attempted to attack Stung Treng ecause yuon thought that North East land till Kratie belong to Laos. If they succeed they will assign Bour Khao to be a secretary of North East zone. Bour Khao explained to Say siccessfully. Say said that he heard Neari Ourn (deputy secretary of district 22) talked about the difficulty in request for materials form Angkar and meeting two yuon. And they said that they had 30 men a long O Lab Lor. Chhourn's reply on March 17, 1977, the gun was offered to Nan, was Roeun's gun not the one we picked up on the way. Roeun was responsible for meals. As for Nuo, he confessed that in March 18 1977, Nuo contacted Yuon and inspired Vuth about eating, walking by saying that soldiers are not the same as ordinary people. On March 21, 1977, yuon blamed Nuo for not working as hard as Phan. Phan could encouraged many people and four or five soldiers.
ឈ្មោះសាយ ទទួលខាងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅស្រុក ជាខ្សែចាត់តាំងរបស់ បួ ខៅ។ សាយ និង បួ ខៅ បានបញ្ជូនតេអូឱ្យ ចាន់ ដែង។ សាយ បានហៅ នូ ឱ្យទៅជួប បួ ខៅ រាយការណពីលទ្ធផលបំផុសប្រជាជន។ ឯបួ ខៅ ក៏ប្រាប់ នូ កុំឱ្យប្រជាជនទៅត្រើយម្ខាង ទៀតប្រយ័ត្ន បែកការណ៍ ព្រោះនៅខាងនោះមានយួន។ បួ ខៅ បាន និយាយប្រាប់ សាយថា ខ្លួនបានជួបប៊ុន លី ៣ដងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦។ យួនបំរុងវាយនៅខែមិនា-មេសា ១៩៧៦ យក ស្ទឹងត្រែង ព្រោះយួនថា ដីនៅឦសានរហូតដល់ក្រចេះជាដីរបស់ឡាវ ពេលវាយឈ្នះយួនឱ្យបួ ខៅ ធ្វើជាលេខាភូមិភាគឦសាន បួ ខៅ បានពន្យល់សាយសាយក៏ជឿទាំងស្រុង។ សាយ រៀបរាប់ថាបានឮលី អ៊ួន អនុលេខាស្រុក ២២ និយាយពីភាសាលំបាកលំបិនពីបញ្ហាស្នើសម្ភារៈ របស់អង្គការមិនបានជួបយួន២នាក់ វាបានប្រាប់ថា មានគ្នា៣០នាក់ នៅមាត់អូឡាឡៃ។ ចម្លើយរបស់ ឈួន ថ្ងៃទី ១៧ មិនា ១៩៧៧ គឺប្រាប់ថា កាំភើ្លងឱ្យទៅឈ្មោះ នូ ជាកាំភើ្លង របស់ វឿន ពុំមែនរើសបានទេ។ ឈ្មោះ វឿន នេះជាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ទទួលខាងបាយទឹក។ ឯចម្លើយរបស់ នូ វិញបានឆ្លើយថា ថ្ងៃ១៧ មិនា ១៩៧៧ បានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ វឿន ចំនួន ៥ដង ហើយបាន បំផុស វឿន ដូច ឈួន និង ឡៃដែរ គឺសំខាន់បញ្ហាស៊ីចុក។ ថ្ងៃ១៨ មិនា ១៩៧៧ នូ បានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ វុធ ក៏បានបំផុស វុធ ពីបញ្ហាស៊ីចុក ដើរហើរលំបាក ថាកងទ័ពមិនដូចប្រជាជនទេ។ ថ្ងៃ២១ មិនា ១៩៧៧ នូ បានជួបយួន ៗបាននិយាយថា មិត្ដឯងធ្វើការ មិនពូកែដូចមិត្ដភូទេ គឺគេបំផុស ប្រជាជនបានច្រើននិងកងទ័ពបាន ៤-៥នាក់ទៀត។
