Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Svay Sim, male, 28, of Prek Thmei Villge, Prek Thmei Sub-district, District 18, joined the revolution on 5 May 1970 with Huong and Huy being an introducer. Matt indoctrinated Sim with anti-party treason in November 1970, convincing the people to have quarrel with the revolution and to get ready to defect from the frontline. After 17 April 1975, Matt induced youths to have squabble, flee home, stir up trouble within units, and destroy materials. In September 1977, Sim and his network stole guns and shot cadre. The said activities were continually implemented by Sim. Angkar made Sim's arrest on10 September 1977. Sim's confession was attached with the list of 62 traitors.
ស្វាយ ស៊ីម ភេទប្រុសអាយុ ២៨ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិព្រែកថ្មី ឃុំព្រែកថ្មី ស្រុក ១៨ ចូលបដិវត្ដិថ្ងៃទី៥-៥-១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ួង និង ហ៊ុយ ជាអ្នកនាំចូល ។ ម៉ាត់ បានអប់រំ ស៊ីម ឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស នៅខែ១១-១៩៧០ ដោយបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យមានទំនាស់ជាមួយ បដិវត្ដន៍រត់ចោលខ្សែត្រៀម ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានបំផុសយុវជនឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នាឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពអុកឡុក ក្នុងអង្គភាព បំផ្លាញសំភារៈទូទៅ ។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៧ ស៊ីម និងបក្សពួកបានរៀបចំលួចកាំភ្លើងបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលជាដើម។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនេះ ស៊ីមបានអនុវត្ដន៍ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃ ១០-៩-១៩៧៧ ស៊ីមត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន ។ ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ស៊ីម មានភ្ជាប់នូវបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្ស ពួកក្បត់ចំនួន ៦២នាក់ ។
