Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, Phnom Penh, confessed that But Chorn aka Touch, worker of Phnom Penh battery factory, joined the CIA in 1974 through Tep Than, director of Factory Security Section. But Chorn persuaded workers to join CIA, to against to the communist regime, and to provoke problems with the Angkar over food and disciplinary Angkar.
