The confession of Ngieng Vann Chen was that Chen knew the 18. 36 countries had their embassies in Hanoi, while 8 countries had no embassies in Hanoi: Iran, Somalia, Afghanistan, Zambia, Nigeria, German, Ethiopia, and Mori Tania. And, list of 15 people who were in the standing committee of Vietnamese Party Center.
បញ្ជីមនុស្សចំនួន ១៨ នាក់ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងជួរគណៈមជ្ឈឹមបក្ស យួន តាមចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ ងៀង វ៉ាន់ចែន ដែលស្គាល់ តែ ១៨ នាក់នេះទ។ ទូតដែលដាក់ការទាក់ទងជាមួយយួនមាន ស្ថានទូតប្រចាំនៅហាណូយមានចំនួន ៣៦ប្រទេស និងប្រទេសចំនួន ៨ទៀត ដាក់ការទាក់ទងដែរតែគ្មានស្ថានទូតនៅក្នុងប្រទេសហាណូយ ដូចជាប្រទេសអ៊ីរ៉ង់, សូម៉ាលី, អាហ្គានីស្ថាន, ហ្សំប៊ី, នីហេ្សរីយ៉ា, អាល្លឺម៉ង់, អេត្យូពី និងប្រទេស ម៉ូរីតានី ។ បញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះ មនុស្សចំនួន ១៥ នាក់ទៀតដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងគណៈអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ មជ្ឈឹមបក្សយួន។
