Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Mam Saray, worker of Kim Chhai Hang factory, joined the CIA in 1973 at Kim Chhai Hang factory through Kim Chhai Hang. Saray was disillusioned with the Angkar over the living condition and food regime.
