Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Lim Sikara, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in January 1975. Before April 17, Sikara convinced workers to stage anti-revolutionary protest. After April 17, Sikara persuaded workers to oppose to the communist regime and provoked eating endless problems.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លឹម ស៊ីការ៉ា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ១-១៩៧៥។ មុនថ្ងៃ ១៧មេសា បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងបង្ក ទំនាស់ពីការស៊ីចុកមិនចេះអស់មិនចេះហើយ។
