Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Happ Seng Thai, worker of factory T-4, served as a sergeant and joined the CIA at a nigh club near Thai San restaurant. Before April 17, Seng Thai opposed the communist regime and convinced workers to serve the army voluntarily. After April 17, Seng Thai provoked problems over insufficient food.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហាប់ សេងថៃ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ហាប់ សេងថៃ ធ្វើទាហានពលទោ ហើយ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅណាយក្លឹបជិតភោជនីយដ្ឋានថៃ សាន។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា សេងថៃ ប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ, បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យចូលកង អាសាស្ម័គ្រ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា សេងថៃ បង្កទំនាស់ពីរឿងហូប មិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់និងមានទំនាស់ជាច្រើន។
