Sokh Nann, worker of Phnom Penh factory T-4, confessed that in 1973, So Phann, worker of electricity 2, joined CIA movement. Before the liberation on April 17, 1975, So Phann convinced workers to join CIA and persuaded them to go against the Kampuchea communist party. After April 17, So Phann convinced workers to complain to have freedom and right.
សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ បានឆ្លើយសាភាពពីឈ្មោះ សូ ផាន់ កម្មករអគ្គិសនីទី ២ ថាៈ នៅ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ សកម្មភាពមុន ១៧ បំផុសកម្មករអោយប្រឆាំងនឺងបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និង អោយចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ សកម្មភាពក្រោយ ១៧ មេសា បំផុស កម្មករអោយទាមទាសិទ្ធិសេរីភាព។
