Sokh Hon, cadre of division 310 office, confessed that Dat, working at logistical big cell, and Han, working at political company, regiment 312, division 310, betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Chun and Chum. Moreover, they received the plot to convince soldiers and cadres to criticize the party guideline indirectly, to destroy material, to strengthen soldiers' standpoint in order to go against the party, to destroy office of propaganda and to poison troop.
