This was the daily name list of 613 prisoners, in office S-21, on April 5, 1976. Among these, there were 8 normal-ill prisoners, 28 medium-ill prisoners, 22 serious-ill prisoners and a dead prisoner named Hao Lei. In the same list, there were 9 new incoming prisoners.
បញ្ជីក្ដាប់អ្នកទោសប្រចាំថ្ងៃទី៥-៤-១៩៧៦ «មន្ទីរស-២១»ដែលមានចំនួនសរុប ៦១៣នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានអ្នកទោសឈឺស្រាល ៨ នាក់ ឈឺមធ្យម ២៨ នាក់ និង ឈឺធ្ងន់ ២២ នាក់ និងមាន ម្នាក់ស្លាប់ឈ្មោះ ហោ ឡី។ ចំណែកអ្នកទោសចំណូលថ្មីមាន ៩នាក់។
