Sokh Hon, cadre of division 310, confessed that Yom Vann, working at logistical regiment 13, division 310, and Khoen, people of Tuol village, Prek Koy sub-district, Kang Meas district, region 41, betrayed the party and collected Free Khmer and former spy forces in order to revolt against the revolutionary authority.
សុខ ហុន កម្មាភិបាល កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពពី យោម វ៉ាន់ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ និង ខិន ប្រជាជនភូមិទួល ឃុំព្រែកកុយ ស្រុកកងមាស តំបន់ ៤១ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ អ្នកទាំងនេះ ក្បត់បក្ស ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រមូលខ្មែរស និង គិញចាស់ៗ ដើម្បីធ្វើ សកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងរដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ។
