Notes: Khut Phan called Heng who is Huon Chhem's elder brother in law said that Chhem died. It was heard from a villager who returned back to the village after the liberation in the bigining of 1979.
ខេធីអាយ០៣៩០ ២០០៣០១២៧ ភូមិងួនសៀម ឃុំកំពង់ចិនត្បូង ស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ សម្ភាសដោយៈ វ៉ាន់ថាន់ ពៅដារ៉ា កំណត់សំគាល់ៈ តាមរយៈការសាកសួរ ឃុត ផន និង ហួន ឆែម ហៅ ហេង ជាបងថៃ្លប្រុស បានអោយដឹង ថា ឆែម បានស្លាប់ តាមរយៈអ្នកដែលវិលត្រឡប់ចូលមក ភូមិ វិញ បន្ទាប់ពីការដួលរលំរបបខែ្មរក្រហមនៅដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។
