Sok Hakk aka Sou of Kampong Kong Village, Po Ban Sub-district, Koh Thom District, Region 25, joined the Vietnamese Labor Party in 1950 with Ham Kry and Mong Santhat being educators. Suffering from illness constantly, Sou conducted no activities until 1971. Sok met and assigned Sou to chief of Po Ban Sub-district, Koh Thom District, Region 25. In 1972, Sou was promoted as deputy secretary, Siem Takk, Chann Kak and Ham Kry, members. Sou concocted plots to build up forces within the authority so as to carry out anti-party activities in all sectors. Bearing in the confession of Sok Hakk aka Sou was the name list of traitors.
សុក ហាក់ ហៅ ស៊ូ កើតនៅភូមិកំពង់កុង ឃុំពោធិបាន ស្រុក កោះធំ តំបន់ ២៥ បានចូលបក្សពលករវៀតណាមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥០ ដែលមាន ហម គ្រី និងម៉ុង សន្ថាតអប់រំ ។ ដោយ ស៊ូ មានជម្ងឹរហូត ហេតុនេះមិនបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពអ្វីទេរហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ សុក បានមកជួបស៊ូ ហើយចាត់តាំងស៊ូជាគណៈឃុំពោធិបាន ស្រុកកោះធំ តំបន់ ២៥ ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ស៊ូទទួលនាទីជា អនុលេខា, សៀមតាក់, ចាន់កាក និងហមគ្រីទទួលសមាជិក។ ស៊ូបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសកសាងកំលាំងបង្កប់ជ្រៅទៅ ក្នុងរដ្ឋអំណាច ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្សគ្រប់ផ្នែក។ ក្នុងចំលើយសារភាពនេះដែរមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកក្បត់ដែល ជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយរបស់សុក ហាក់ ហៅ ស៊ូ។
