This was the name List of 10 prisoners captured from units to be sent in Office S-21 on July 24, 1978. The document bore S-21 chief Duch's written letter. The letter emphasized that all the prisoners had to be paid highly attention to, more importantly, Phen.
បញ្ជីឈ្មោះអ្នកទោស ដែលបានចាប់ខ្លួនមកពីអង្គភាពនានា ចំនួន ១០នាក់ បញ្ជូនមកមន្ទីរស-២១នៅថ្ងៃ២៤-៧-១៩៧៨។ ឯកសារ នេះមានចំណាររបស់ឌុច ប្រធានស-២១ បានចារថាសួរទាំងអស់ សំខាន់យកចិត្ដទុកដាក់អាផេន ឱ្យខ្លាំង។
