Pann Ho, commissioner of platoon 105, division 170, confessed that Visal introduced Sam An to him in order to be easy to carry out traitorous activities. Visal told him that Sam An was introduced to join the Free Khmer by Phan. In August 1975, Sam An joined the traitorous meeting from Visal to build up forces and to find the best way to get out Pochentong. In April 1976, Sam An assigned Pann Ho to get ready to fight the revolution.
ប៉ាន់ ហូ ស្នងការអនុសេនាតូច ១០៥ កងពល ១៧០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួន និង សំអាន ត្រូវបាន វិសាល ណែនាំឱ្យស្គាល់គ្នា ដើម្បីស្រួលធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់។ វិសាល បានប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា សំអាន ចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាមរយៈ ផាន។ ដល់ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សំអាន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំការងារក្បត់ពី វិសាលឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង និងរកមធ្យោបាយ ទាមទារចេញក្រៅពោធិចិនតុង។ សំអាន បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យខ្លួនវាយ បដិវត្ដនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
