Summary / Abstract :

David Hawk interviewed Mr Ung Pech, director of the Tuol Sleng museum. He asked wether interrogator at lower level detention center were trained at Tuol Sleng. Pech said s-21 was the most secret place that even Pol Pot's closest friends dind't know. he added there was no clear level of autority and even the sub-district level had the right to kill people.
