Yim Oeun, working in 50-memwber cell, Phsar Thmei market's rice warehouse, confessed that Han, a traitorous force of Yy, and later linked with Sy Nuon and Han, asked for poison from him, Yim Oeun, in order to kill animals in Chraing Cham Reh area. Sum Khan aka Voeun, deputy chief of municipal commerce, confessed that he knew Han often connected Oeun. In May 1976, [Yim Oeun] attended to receive plan from Sy Nuon to steal medicines.
