Yauv Chhum, professor, region 4, in 1966, jointed CIA by Nun Neavea was professor, activated against with the communist. After April 17, 1975 propagandized the people againt with the revolution. Angkar arrested on July 14, 1977.
យ៉ូវ ឆុំ សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ តំបន់ ៤ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៦ បានចូលទៅ ក្នុងអង្គការ សេអ៊ីអា «អ្នឧទេ្ទសនាម នន់ នាវា ជា សាស្ដ្រចារ្យ» ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងពួកកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។ ក្រោយ ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ បានអប់រំញុះញង់ប្រជាជនដែលមិនពេញចិត្ដនឹងបដិវត្ដ នាំយកទៅនៅក្នុងព្រៃរនាម។ បានបំផុសអ្នកភ្ជួរស្រែកុំឱ្យភ្ជួរ ស្អាតពេក ធ្វើស្អាតយ៉ាងណាក៏នៅតែហូបបបរដែរ។ ធ្វើឱ្យរលួយសំណាបមួយ ហិកតា។ មកដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៤-កក្កដា-១៩៧៧ ត្រូវអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួន។
