Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that on 25 April 1976, woman Hong attended the treasonous meeting and received plans from Oeun and Voeun, cadre of Division, to arrange the target in Phnom Penh, in order to attack the Party on 1 May 1976, at 11 p.m. Oeun stated that there were many traitors at Northern Zone who had enough power to convince people. Oeunintroduced 3 treacherous apparatuses, Lin, Pol and Preap. In June 1976, Voeun and Oeun called woman Hong to join the meeting in order to prepare plans to attack the Party in September 1976.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ថ្ងៃ២៥ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ នារី ហុងបានចូល រួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី អឿន និង វឿន កម្មាភិបាលកងពល ដែលមានខ្លឹមសាររៀបមុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីវាយបក្សម៉ោង ១១ យប់ ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ អឿន ឧទេ្ទសនាមសភាព ការណ៍ក្បត់នៅក្នុងភាគឧត្ដរមានសមាសភាពបំផុសខ្លាំង កម្លាំងច្រើន អឿន ឧទេ្ទនាមក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនក្បត់អោយស្គាល់ ៣ នាក់នៅខាង ក្រោយគឺ លីន, ពោល និង ព្រាប។ ខែ ៦-១៩៧៦ វឿន និង អឿន បានហៅនារី ហុង ទៅប្រជុំទៀត ដើម្បីរៀបចំវាយបក្ស នៅខែ៩ ១៩៧៦។
