7 enemies, workers of textile factory T-4, confessed that Hao Seng, currently worker of textile factory T-4, was a an engineer student from France, and used to work as deputy director of Kampong Cham province and Pochentong textile factories. Hao Seng joined the CIA spy in early 1970 and linked with Lam Dor, worked in factory TH-1. In the riot plan in April 1976, Hoa Seng took responsibility for leading secret traitorous forces.
