US radios: at night of 28th, Foreign Minister Romolo said the Philippines concerned about its national interests rather than anything else. In the morning of 29th, A-For 6-day program in Europe was held. Now the A-For reached Brussel. Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported in the morning of 29th: Sadat accused the Soviet Union of selling its advanced weapons worth 12,000 million dollars to Libya. The Soviet Union wanted to establish military bases in the Arabia world. The Governments of the Soviet Union and Libya rejected the accusation.
