So Chhan aka Chhem confessed that Dim, secretary of regiment, region 20, attended the meeting at Krasaing district. The aims of the meeting was that to allow Vietnamese soldiers invaded Cambodia and to assign forces and limit themselves to the targets.
សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពថា ឌីម លេខាវរសេនាធំ យោធា តំបន់ ២០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ នៅស្រុកក្រសាំង លើកពីផែនការ បើកឱ្យយួនចូល និងចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងទទួលតាមមុខព្រួញដែលបានកំណត់។
