តឹក សេងអេង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេ្ទសជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អុង កែន កម្មករខាងជាងភ្លើងកំពង់សោមថា អុង កែន ត្រូវបានវា«សេង អេង» ចាត់តាំងឱ្យបង្កប់ខ្លួនកសាងកម្លាំង នៅក្នុងកម្មករកំពង់ ផែកំពង់សោម។
