Socheat confessed on tracts scattering. He scattered them at rural area on September 1975 when the dam, at Reusey Kev, Chae Teal subdistrict, Prek Tmey, zone 25, was opened. There were 3 scatters. As for urban area, the scattering took place at Emkate cigarette factory in front of police office and hall, and near fine arts school. The meaning of these tract was to prevent people from joining cooperative and ran to the East for life solution.
សុជាតិ បានឆ្លើយពីការបាចត្រាក់ គឺបាចនៅជនបទនៅខែ កញ្ញា- ១៩៧៥ ពេលលើកទំនប់ឫស្សីស្រុក ឃុំឈើទាល ព្រែកថ្មី តំបន់ ២៥ ហើយអ្នកបោះត្រាក់មាន ៣ក្រុម។ ចំណែកនៅក្រុងមានបាច ត្រាក់នៅរោងចក្របារី អ៊ិមកាតេ មុខបន្ទាយប៉េអឹម មុខសាល មហោស្រព និងជិតសាលារចនា។ ខ្លឹមសារនៅក្នុងត្រាក់គឺមិនឱ្យប្រជាជនចូលសហករណ៍ ឱ្យប្រជាជនរត់ចូលបូព៌ាឱ្យដោះស្រាយ ជីវភាពប្រជាជនទាន់ពេលវេលា។
