Sam Hom aka Phen, Group Deputy Chief, Division 310, confessed that in 1972 Ho, working at logistical Regiment of Division 310, received a plot from Sinuon to convince cadres and soldiers to revolt against the revolution and to burn down ammunition and rice warehouse. From 1975 to 1977, Ho and his network took part an activity of destroying equipment, to burn down ammunition warehouse, and to convince soldiers and cadres to oppose to the revolution.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហូ ចូល រួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ស៊ីនួន គឺបំផុសកម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ ឃ្លាំងអង្ករ។ ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៧ ហូ ចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយបក្ខពួក បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈដុតបេ្រង ដុតឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាល ឱ្យរួមសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
