Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, Secretary of Division 310 Regiment, conceded that Lan, Cadre of Stung Trang district fishing unit, Kampong Cham province, joined the meeting and received treacherous plan from Beng to destroy the Angkar's ammunition in the frontline as much as possible, and to contact the enemy soldiers and then cooperate with them to devastate the revolution, while reaching somewhere.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ឡាន កម្មាភិបាលនេសាទ ស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ កំពង់ចាមបាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ បេង គឺឱ្យបំផ្លាញគ្រាប់អង្គការឱ្យបានច្រើននៅសមរភូមិ ហើយទៅកន្លែងណាភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយទាហាន នៅកន្លែងនោះឱ្យបាន ហើយសហករណ៍ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ តែម្ដង។
