Ing Chann Thou is PTSD victim. She got married to Ke Mann in 1989. She has 4 children. Her father called Ing Lung. Ing Lung was sent away in 1974. He was probably killed in 1975. Her mother called Siv Han. Siv Han died in 1974. In the Khmer Rouge regime, she was lacking of food and medical care. She had a serious injury. She used to be brainwashed. She was close to death. She was separated from her family members. She used to drown in 1978. She has suffocated since the last few months. She was beaten on the head in 1976. Recently, she has recurrent thoughts of the most hurtful events. She feels as though the event is happening again. She feels withdrawn from people. She finds it is difficult in concentrating. She has trouble sleeping. She feels on guard. She feels irritable. She is avoiding activities that remind her of the traumatic events. She is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumatic experience. She is sudden emotional. She feels that people do not understand clearly what haapened to her. She blames herself for things that have happened. She feels guilty for having survived. She feels that she is the only one who suffered the events. She feels she have no one to rely on. She find out by other people that she has done something that she cannot remember.
អ៊ីង ចន្ធូមានជំងឺបាក់ស្បាត។ គាត់រៀបការជាមួយកែ ម៉ន់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨៩។ គាត់មានកូន៤នាក់។ ឪពុករបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះ អ៊ីង លុង។ អ៊ីង លុងត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបញ្ជូនទៅឆ្ងាយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយប្រហែលជាស្លាប់នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះស៊ីវ ហន។ ស៊ីវ ហនស្លាប់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមគាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបម្ហានិងថ្នាំពេទ្យ។ គាត់រងរបួសធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ គាត់ត្រូវគេអប់រំអោយផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ល់ងទឹកនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨។ គាត់មានអការៈថប់ដង្ហើមចាប់តាំងពីប៉ុន្មានខែមុន។ គាត់ត្រូវគេវាយត្រូវក្បាលនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វឱ្យគិតនឹកឃើញដល់រឿងរ៉ាវឈឺចាប់គួរឱ្យភ័យខ្លាចជាទីបំផុត។ គាត់គិតថាហាក់ដូចជាហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនោះកំពុងតែកើតមានឡើងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត។ គាត់ថាមិនចង់រវីរវល់ជួបអ្នកដទៃ។ គាត់ពិបាកផ្ចង់គំនិតគិតទៅលើអ្វីមួយ។ គាត់ពិបាកទទួលទានដំណេក។ គាត់ចេះតែមានអារម្មណ៍ប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជានិច្ច។ គាត់ឆាប់ខឹង។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពណាដែលធេ្វឱ្យនឹកដល់ហេតុការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដ។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ស្រាប់តែមានប្រតិកម្មនៅក្នុងខ្លួនពេលនឹកឃើញដល់ហេតុការណ៍គួរឱ្យឈឺចាប់របស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាអ្នកឯទៀតយល់ដឹងពុំច្បាស់លាស់អំពីរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងចំពោះរឿងរ៉ាវដែលបានកើតឡើង។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងចំពោះការដែលនៅរស់រានមានជីវិត។ គាត់គិតថាមានតែគាត់ម្នាក់គត់ដែលទទួលរងការឈឺចាប់ទាំងនេះ។ គាត់គិតថាគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ដែលគាត់គួរអាចពឹងពាក់បាន។ គាត់បានដឹងពីអ្នកដទៃថាគាត់បានធើ្វអី្វមួយប៉ុនែ្ដគាត់នឹកពុំឃើញសោះ។ គាត់គិតថានរណាម្នាក់ដែលជាទីទុកចិត្ដរបស់គាត់បែរជាក្បត់ចិត្ដគាត់ទៅវិញ។
