Chhim Moeun, Soldier of Battalion, artillery unit, Division 310, confessed that Yy, Chev, Chhon aka Min, and Van, were traitorous network of Khuon. In July 1975, Ang, Choeun, Chhan, Huot, Son and Han, joined the meeting with Moeun who led that meeting. Kaon was assigned to provoke conflict in the unit and destroy rice production at Boeng Prayap.
