Phat Chantha aka Phai, Group Chief of Factory D-1, confessed that he and At, working in Logistical Battalion 73, Phnom Penh port, destroyed the plan to create cooperative in 1973. After 17 April 1975, At linked with Synoun who set plan to At to steal foodstuffs to hide somewhere and to expand the Free Khmer network.
ផាត ចន្ថា ហៅ ផៃ ប្រធានក្រុមរោងចក្រ ដ-១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អាត ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាតូច ៧៣ កំពង់ផែភ្នំពេញថា អាត និងវា«ចន្ថា» បំផ្លាញផែនការបង្កើតសហករណ៍នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយ រំដោះថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ អាត មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ស៊ីនួន ហើយ ស៊ីនួន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យលួចស្បៀងលាក់ទុក និងកសាង កម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី។
