Phach Phai, Soldier of Division 310, confessed that Phai and other 4 partisans convinced Hem to defect to the guerrilla. Hem supported and agreed to receive an assignment from Phai and partisans to provoke people in order to disgust the revolution. But, Hem did not yet provoke people.
ផាច់ ផៃ ជាយុទ្ធជន កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ផៃ និងគ្នាវា៤ នាក់ទៀត ទើប និងឃោសនា កសាង ហែម ឱ្យចូលជាចោរព្រៃ។ ហែម សំដែងការគាំទ្រ ហើយទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីពួក ផៃ ឱ្យដើរ ឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ ហែម មិន ទាន់ដើរ ឃោសនាទេ។
